My teeth are beyond sensitive. I can't put white strips because they give a pulsating shooting pain all over my teeth. I hate it. I can't have my teeth professionally whiten ether because they are too sensitive for the cold or the heat or any whiting product. BUT THIS HAS SAVED ME. Because I have toothpaste first and put the gel second, I'm constantly brushing so it takes the pain away. It whitens it but not to the point of looking fake, it makes them cleaner and shiner.
