Why did you choose this product over others?:Very good quality and looked fab when done. Mainly two people needed, only an extra person was needed at some stage. Was quite fun to assemble. Can I ask can I buy any spare poles please? As few were damaged as it was left assembled in windy weather. Many thanks

Two of us put this up!Helpful if the different length poles were marked! We've done that. Also if there was a opening in the side would be good.Found the pegs that came with it very flimsy so needed better pegsYes very good and packed back down well.

The quality of the galvanising is very poor, started to rust after two days , one of the poles has split whilst I was dismantling the gazebo after the one time it was used, I contacted customer service who tried to fob me off and told me to clean the rust with detergent or rust remover, really ? They also said that rust was a natural occurrence when moisture is present, no sir not for galvanised steel it isn’t, it should last for many years ,do not not waste your money or expect any customer service

We bought this in March and just put it up for a party. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Our garden is paved so it was good to use the concrete screws to anchor it down and using the additional ties on all four corners. We used to buy the cheaper gazebos but used to get caught out with the wind. This is solid. Delivery came in two packs and on time. I would recommend because this will last a very long time.

This tent was bought for a party and did its job well. The kit is easy to assemble, although a trial run is ESSENTIAL. Our product had some of the metal poles bent at the end and one connector with a missing fixing hole, so some immediate repair work was necessary. Do not assume this product will work straight out of the box.The full assembly was easy with four people, taking less than an hour.On a flat clam evening, the tent was great.With 10mph winds the following day, the tent lifted off and blew down the garden, landing in a crumpled heap, beyond repair. It had been weighted with sand weights at each corner, pegs and guy ropes. Make sure you have done everything possible to fix it firmly to the ground, we obviously hadn't. One to put down to experience, and no fault of the manufacturer's.At this price, single use is OK but multi-use would have been better.A value product at a value price, set your expectations accordingly.

Prompt delivery.. excellent customer service. A couple of pieces were missing as the box was damaged but replacements were sent immediately. All looks good quality but haven’t used it yet
