Does anyone use with the spectra flanges?

I do but it's a giant pain. The Lansinoh bra is way easier with Spectra.

is it compatible with pump in style?

It's compatible with most pump breast shields, however, the holes are a little small so you have to be careful when pulling the shield out.

Does this have an adjustable back panel?

Hi Sage-- Great question! This does not have an adjustable back. It is made with a soft nylon spandex blend so it feels ultra-soft and is very stretchy. The adaptive stretch will allow it to adapt to your body to provide exceptional fit and comfort.

Is this bra compatible with non-Medela pumps?

The bra is basically a tube top with a zipper in the front and two holes about where one's nipples are located so the pump parts can go through. If your pump is similar in build to a Medela, I would expect that it can work.
