Relief is great, but application is poor
It is really difficult if you live alone to apply these to your back. I like the product, but I can’t seem to get it placed where I’d like it to be placed because I’m doing it by myself and separating the two pieces is just messy and not as easy as I’d like it to be.

I have been a professional house cleaner for 30 years, and used them to help relieve pain without pills.The gel patch is very flexible and like skin. and stays on very well.Other kinds of Salonpas patches work great too. There is also a rub-on Salonpas Lidocaine gel that can be put on the skin.Salonpas is a great product.
