I was a little concerned about having trouble with these falling off as I read some comments of such. I think why these work so well for me is because I wear size 11 women's which is at the top of the size level for my cleats. They are quite snug on the boots without the accessory strap. However, I can see if I wore a size 7 or 8 may need the strap as the rubber bands would not be stretched as tightly. Very glad to have these as I live on the farm and do chores twice a day on icy or snowy areas. I don't know how Iived without these for many years prior. Thank you.

Great ice cleats! Easy to put on your boots or shoes, really stay on and they work!!! Much safer on slick ice.Durable too. Just don't walk on your wood floors or linoleum with them on! :)

Pros:These are well made. They feel sturdy and unlikely to easily break or tear.These are fantastic for walking in snow and ice. I have really no concerns about slipping or falling while wearing them.Fit very well and stayed out for whole walk. No concerns that they were going to slip or move on my boot. The velcro strap was helpful for this purpose.Con:The only thing I can complain about is that if you are not walking on snow or ice, they are not super comfortable. The spikes are clumped near the inner ball of my feet. When on cement or tar, you feel a bit unsturdy. If you are planning to wear these on a hike that mixes snow/ice with cement or tar, these might not be the best choice. All snow/ice...you can't go wrong.

The Ice Cleats were easy to put on and take off, made it safe to go out in the frozen yard, out on the icy driveway to scrape snow and ice off the car, and across the street to the mailbox. So glad we found these before the big ice storm.

These are stretchy enough to go around lots of different kinds of shoes, and the included velcro straps help to keep them on. Decent traction for the inexpensive price point, but the rubber is not all that sturdy and I don't know who well these will hold up over time, especially subject to salt and repeated cold.

These are cleats. I doubt they’d be appropriate for situations where crampons are normally used. They do however provide good traction when walking on packed snow and slippery sidewalks. They are easy to get on over footwear. The only negative is most establishments won’t let you walk on their floors with these on your feet. So it could get a little messy and inconvenient having to take them off in shops or restaurants. Otherwise, they are worth the price.

I would recommend a larger size than you might choose if you intend to use on heavy boots .I keep several pairs for different footwear.

Fue muy útil en hielo moderado, para mí la tira es indispensable. Se me perdió una y sin ella no tuvieron la misma fijación. Muy útiles y francamente recomendables para caminar con confianza en superficie con hielo .
