Good product, Bad packaging
The outer package box was torn off completely from one side, however the inner package was okay and the product was not damaged. But I suspect the delivery or others who handled the package tried to look inside the package.

Looks great!!
Great wee machine. Good sound and an option of adding extra speaker. Contains all 3 players. LP, CD and tape. Also has Bluetooth connectivity.

Please do not buy such substandard products with your hard earned money
We we're excited to buy this product as it has a Turntable cum cassette player. The product arrived and the Turntable worked that day and we listened to the old records. After that day the Turntable stopped working. As more than 10 days passed the seller refused to replace the product as per policy. I am surprised that such products are being sold on Amazon. Irrespective I'll be taking appropriate legal action as customers cannot be cheated. Please be cautioned about this seller and this product.

Flimsy, poorly manufactured.
Arrived, and unboxed. At first sight the product looked poorly made. I wasn't expecting premium materials for the price. But, I also wasn't expecting the turnable to appear detached from the housing, the Toine arm holder snapped. I tried to play an LP, the needle looked like it was on a rollercoaster, it had no chance of staying in the grooves.

Amazing All-in-One Record Player
If I could give this a 6 out of 5 stars, I would. The Victrola Quincy 6-in-1 combines a record player, Bluetooth, and other features seamlessly, delivering excellent sound quality. It’s stylish, easy to set up, and works perfectly for both vinyl enthusiasts and casual listeners. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Defective
Turntable wobbles as the record plays. Records keep skipping. Looking at lots of reviews online, it seems to be a common issue. Wish I’d researched online before buying… I ended up returning this. Pitty because it looks good and has different functions.
