This is a textbook style book that teaches all the aspects of the craft in a well organized manner. A really sturdy, beautiful book for the money. In my opinion, an essential book to teach the craft plus there are three projects. I have bought a few books but they miss many elements that would make it so much easier to do. Many diagrams to show good and bad techniques so read carefully.

This book is well worth the cost. It is a wealth of information on using the Oxford Punch to make wool hooked rugs. The photos are excellent and descriptions are very clear. There is only 6 patterns in the book. However, patterns can be easily sourced.

This book is so great, it has all the details needed to learn how to begin! Would recommend!!

This will be a comprehensive reference book for many years to come.
