This is a very good price for two rolls, one roll is pre cut obviously. You can easily cut strips long ways depending on the application.I'm new to actually applying KT but with these I did learn to pull it nice and tight and use your knowledge of kinesiology to do what you want with the tape.I'm using it on several people with rolled shoulders or forward head posture and basically going up and over the shoulder down diagonally to the lower middle thorax over retracted scaps. And if the individual forgets to retract- at least a neutral, and not extreme retraction, they feel the tape pulling. So it's just a bio feedback concept.

VERY STRONG TAPE. Not water proof or anything like that but you can definitely feel the relief. I'm not one who has skin issues often but unfortunately with this product, that was not the case. Regardless of how little it was stretched, after careful removal blisters would eventually appear each and every time I used this brand of tape

This tape was pretty good. The price was great. But the material is very heavy compared to my favorite brands. If that won't bother you, you really can't beat the value for the price.

Because the tape is cotton and a bit thick it will not last very long k dot. Even try to use it for more than a 24 hour period. Supports and holds what is needed. Works great. Loved this purchase. Did stay after a short shower. 4 stars because it is a bit thick.

The reviews are bs. I purchased this thinking it would be great tape that would last even while sweating. It did not last more then two hrs on and I even did all the prepping of removing oils from my skin. I am terribly disappointed. That was a waste of money. The legit best brand that actually works is KT TAPE.

Great tape. easy to use. Also used as an impromtu tape-bra under a strapless dress for daughter who needs great support. Worked like a dream.

Not as good as the name brand. doesn't last more than playing just one basketball or soccer game. just doesn't stick as well

I had high hopes for this k-tape. But it's only lasted 2 hours without peeling off and not being able to stay stuck for a thumb taping. I anticipate removing it later today after only a 3 hour work day. Highly dissappointed!
