This is the highest quality of whey i used, I was so surprise when i took my BMI, in 1 month i gained 1kg of muscle mass. It's hard to hit protein intake with whole foods so i used whey protein to fill in the remaining protein i need in a day and Optimum Nutrition really surprised me with the results.

Authentic, i tried two flavors extream milk chocolate which tastes exactly like milk chocolate even with water. The other flavor is cookies and cream with water, not recommend tastes really bad, undrinkable. Edit: cookies & cream i was really harsh on it with water, but with full cream milk... its a whole new drink, much better, there is still some bitterness though. Also its much better if u shake it before you drink it from the fridge.

I've had good experiences with all the flavours I've bought! So much better than those cheap proteins you buy at the grocery store. It mixes really well and there is little to no clumping of the powder. I've bought quite a few different kinds so I'll write my opinions of the ones I got: Extreme milk chocolate: Tastes really good! Better than any other chocolate whey I've had. When mixed with water it's pretty meh but with milk it tastes almost like real chocolate milk. If you're unsure what kind to get I would recommend this because it's like your standard chocolate whey protein with major improvements. French vanilla creme: A good alternative if you don't want chocolate. When mixed in water there isn't much flavour, just like a weak vanilla flavour. Goes down super easy. Better with milk. Cake batter: I really loved it at the beginning but after 5lbs of it I'm sick of it. It gets old pretty quickly but it still is decent both with milk and water. In water it's pretty watery (haha) and in milk it's better but if I had to choose I would pick the vanilla creme. I feel like it wouldn't get old as quickly. Banana creme: In water this is meh but in milk it's AMAZING. It seriously tastes like how you would imagine banana cream to taste. I think I'm going to use this one only with milk and just get another one to use with water for the times I don't want the added sugars from milk. Highly recommend this if you mix with milk.

Taste is good but i prefer the double chocolate one.
