This pasta is quite good, not too starchy (some imports are heavier and very starchy when cooked). My go-to is always Ronzoni but here in California the cost for any pasta of this brand is SO outrageous. Therefore Barilla is the one I now purchase on a regular basis. This bow tie pasta holds up well with different red sauces whether home made or your favorite brand from a jar - Marinara, meat or garden veggie. I am never without a box or two of this pasta in my pantry and with some frozen sauces, crusty rolls and salad fixings, I can whip up a dinner quickly for unexpected company.

This is my favorite pasta brand and type of pasta. I ordered this with the grocery delivery service and it came in time, the box wasn't damaged and it came packaged with all my other groceries.

Been buying it for years and it has retained its high quality. Nice that something really IS as good as it used to be.
