How can it repair split ends? That line alone is a bit suspect.

Split ends cannot be repaired. When you see a split end, it means the end of the hair has literally split in 2 and nothing you do will make them come together again. Products that claim to repair split ends only "fuse" them together, so they'll temporarily look repaired, but as soon as you wash the product out, your split ends will once again appear split and frayed. . The only way to deal with spit ends is to get a trim. Keep them away by regularly trimming your ends.

Does this product work for low porosity hair?

It can work on naturally low porosity hair if you shampoo out all build up with a clarifying shampoo and use it in the shower on wet clean hair, when the cuticle is most likely to be open.

Is it ok for girls with relaxed hair? Or is it just for natural hair?

I wear my hair naturally, but I think this would be beneficial for relaxed hair, too. This product is very moisturizing and relaxed hair needs lots of hydration. Hope this helps.

the seal was open.....why?can I use it?

I wouldn’t use anything if the seal is broken...it could’ve slipped off during manufacturing process, but my personal preference is to not use opened stuff
