Filled with hard stems.
The oregano has good flavor, but there are enough long (1/3 to 1/2 in long) pieces of stems that it ruined the dish I was making. I will not purchase this product again. I had to throw the whole thing out. I tried to save it by putting it through my blender/food processor. It didn't help! The photo is after blending.

Very bitter, Wasted money
This is not sifted leaves, it is a majority of stems and leaves, more stems than leaves. If you are a real cook and want quality oregano, this is NOT IT. The real shame is my 1st order was very good but this bag I will be throwing out !!!!!
