If i wanted to remove the built-in screen protector and put a tempered glass, which one would you recommend that covers 100% of "real" screen? thanks!

I've had this case for a month. At first I didn't care for it only because of the plastic protective screen. I just didn't like the feel of it. Its not adhered to the screen like a glass or vinyl version so I simply removed it and now using the recommended glass screens in the same listing. I'd recommend this case. It's the first budget case that actually surpassed my expections as compared to others.

can you use this with a glass screen protector as well as the one included?

Sort of. With mine I just pulled the plastic screen protector out, and put the case on my phone (already installed my tempered glass screen protector on the phone) and I use it that way. The tempered glass is much better than the plastic one included. But the case is awesome.

Do you have to use the belt clip? Or can it be removed

No, it removes easily. I don't use the belt clip

Are the top and bottom portions on the front raised to protect the screen from damage from a drop face down?

Yes they are. I've had a face down drop with no issue. The case is sturdy. Make sure you up the screen sensitivity due to the built in screen protector.
