These knives were a gift to my husband and at first he loved them. He was excited about them but the first time he used them they started rusting. He was in the middle of chopping vegetables for meal prep, set them down to get other prep set up and came back to rusting. It was literally within 10 minutes that they sat on the cutting board and they started to rust. We are very unhappy with the quality of this product.We will be getting our money back.

This is a wonderful set of knives that I highly recommend. They are very beautiful, extremely sharp and great to use. The one and only thing that I am disappointed with is the straps that are supposed to hold the knives in the case are WAY TOO LONG. The knives will fall out of the case when tipped in either direction.

This was purchased for my grandson who is a chef at a country club. He saw them a year ago and for his birthday, I bought them. He LOVES, LOVES, LOVES these knives.
