Perfect! I have a double sided strop and a single small one so I applied the different grits to all three. They all seem to work great at getting that razor sharp edge back without a full sharpening.

I used this to lap the exhuast valves on my 6.2 LS3 heads. Much better than the so called valve lapping compound from an autoparts store. Leaves a much smoother finish on the valve surfaces.

Used this product to lap out tight spots in a rifle bore. Started out with the course grit and worked up to the finer grit. Worked great! No tight spots, has a mirror finish and accuracy went from marginal to fantastic. Highly recommended for any metal polishing and should work very well on other materials. Only negative was the 800 grit was dried out and had to dig it out of the syringe and add a drop of oil to soften it out, then it worked OK.
