I now have 4 of these. They're simply perfect for keeping my phone upright while at my computer, or on my night stand, and elsewhere. I love the different color options; some others are just too bland and boring. The colors for this piece are beautiful. The hole in the back makes it easy to cable manage, and the rubber feet ensure it is non-slip. I have a very large/tall phone (Galaxy S24 ultra), with a thick case, and this thing handles it without issue. Doesn't tip back or anything, and can hold the phone vertically or horizontally without issue.

I initially bought one to hold a 13 Pro Max that I use mostly in horizontal (landscape) orientation for TV production needs. I liked it a lot especially for this price so I bought another one to use with a 12 Pro Max and also a 7 Plus on a daily basis in vertical portrait orientation, e.g., when I cook and want to watch some TikTok on my personal phone, that’s when I realized the serious shortcomings of this stand. First, the holder is too short for I think most phones these days when in portrait (vertical) mode. For the Pro Max phones, the top of the stand only reaches about 40% of the Pro Max’s back, a little more for my 7 Plus but still not at half height. This means any tilt angle over 30 degrees will cause your big phone to tip over backwards. Actually 20-25 degrees is more like the safe angle but even there you won’t feel secure about the phone not tipping over. Second, the tipsiness is exacerbated by the base not being weighted at all. This is not an issue when the phone is in horizontal orientation even at 90 degree tilt, but when placed vertically your phone’s weight is mostly over the top of the stand which causes the issues. Summary: nice design and works well for small phones or Pro Max’es placed horizontally, but really fails for most of us TikTok watchers out there.

I bought a few of these, I gave one to my husband for his home office…I have one for my home office and I also left one at my company work office, so when I have to go into the work office, I can work and look at TV, it’s also very flexible so you can adjust the levels
