Fuzzy Bear Service was fast and Hermes driver polite. Voice is same as programme and quality is exactly what you would expect from Disney. My grandson loves it

Leaking batteries
Just arrived and was disappointed that it didn't work ...opened it up to find leaking rotten batteries in it ....so had to put new batteries in and now it works.....so maybe they should check before selling as a bit dangerous with acid leaking out batteries.
