Love the Magnetic Feature
The shower head installed easily. The nickel finish looks great in my shower. The size of the head is perfect for my shower. The magnetic hold works great. Very easy to remove and place back. Also really like the push button mode selector. Water pressure and shower patterns coming out is excellent. All in all a great shower head and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous Shower Head!
A fabulous shower head! My husband and I had these in our old house and bought them again for the baths in our new house. The magnetic attachment works perfectly year after year and the choice of sprays is wonderful. So easy for seniors to reach up and securely attach the shower head. No fumbling or worrying that it will fall down, either. Even the water pressure is great, too!

Absolutely worth the hype:
I am absolutely thrilled with my Moen Magnetic Shower Head! Installation was a breeze, and the magnetic docking system is a game-changer. It’s so easy to detach and reattach, making it perfect for rinsing or cleaning the shower. The water pressure is excellent and provides a spa-like experience right in my own bathroom. The multiple spray settings let me customize my shower to fit my mood, whether I need a gentle mist or an invigorating massage. The sleek design adds a touch of elegance, and the durable build makes me confident it will last. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their shower experience!

A little tweaking and it works, so far
Okay, I want to start by saying I got this showerhead for just over 40 bucks, which is what it's worth in my opinion. Pros: high pressure (not sure about with the restrictors, I took mine out), magnet is strong but easy to remove, seems like it will be easy to clean and maintain (these are big pros!). Cons: installation leaking woes (see below); handle is long so the angle is restricted in my shower; all plastic (longevity?); the head is pretty big and with my angle, it feels like it is too big and hits my face when I want to wash my hair; some of the settings are meh, and the button is less convenient than I'd have thought because you need to cycle ALL of them just to go back one; would be nice to have a "pause" setting as well.We are renting a house and while the pressure wasn't terrible, I wanted more and the old head was not adjustable, and I like the idea of having a wand. I searched around and decided on this because of the magnet and I know Moen is a trusted brand - for the price, I figured I'd give it a try. I have never installed a showerhead before, but figured it couldn't be too hard based on reviews and instructions. When I first went to install this, of course I took the old head off first and had to take off the old teflon/plumber's tape. The bottommost portion of the pipe threads was very brown - likely from years of use without cleaning. I did my best to clean it, and based on Moen's instruction, I did not reapply tape.Assembly of the unit was easy, and I did take out the flow restrictor (other reviewers go over this, but note: pry the metal piece out first by bending a little with something thin and strong (I used needle tip tweezers) and then you can remove the plastic. Simply pulling with needle nose pliers did not work for me, and the white X part broke). According to the instructions, all you have to do is hand-tighten the threaded end of the connector to the pipe. Okay, easy....but it leaked. Not from anywhere on the unit except from the top (pipe side) of the threaded bit.So I tried it with tape, and it still leaked. Hmm. I tried tightening it more, with and without tape. I tried not tightening it as much. Still leaking. I was getting ready to call it incompatible or defective. Between two of my previous tries I had noticed, like another reviewer mentions, that the screen and gasket in the assembly (comes pre-installed unlike the hose ones) was crooked. I pulled it out several times between testing to reseat it, and it kept happening. I was getting really frustrated but wanted to keep trying. What ended up working, for now at least, was I took it out, reseated it, and used the other end of my tweezers (the blunt connected end) to push the gasket one thread deeper so it was REALLY stuck in there. After that, it didn't leak! However...Our tub wall in conjunction with the short wall pipe make it so the handle can only go so far when angling the showerhead down. At first, it was hitting the bottom of the back wall of the tub, making water splash outside the tub. Of course, after all that work... But, I was able to get the angle to work fine (not pictured) but it means that the stream of water is a bit more angled than I like it. Maybe I'll get a fitting to extend it so I can adjust more, I don't know yet. Unfortunately, while adjusting for this, it started to leak at that same connection again, BUT much slower, and I think it stopped. I think angling it loosened or tightened it a bit, so when it's dry I will test again. But at least it's not a problematic leak anymore! The "normal" setting seems to sputter, not harshly or all that noticeably unless you're criticizing the showerhead you just bought - could also be a feature as I didn't notice it on the settings that didn't use those holes.Time will tell, and I will update if anything changes.

Seems just great to me.
Well I like this thing even if not everyone does. The magnetic hook works just fine. I have no problem with accidentally knocking it off the hook even in a tiny shower stall.Consumer Reports rated it highly. It’s supposed to be one of the more water efficient detachable heads.I don’t use all the fancy spray settings though. I just find the one I like and leave it there forever.Anyway, I really haven’t found much to complain about. If anything I’m doubtful about the water efficiency because it at least seems like it spews a lot of water.

Nice shower head
I like this shower head. Easy to install and so far, I didn’t have any problems of leakage. The magnet that holds the shower part is very strong and holds it in place firmly. We’ll see how it holds up overtime. I would recommend this purchase.

Easy to use and docks securely magnetically.
The hot/cold water tap in my shower was leaking, so I had my plumber replace the tap and hand held shower head (from Amazon) with top quality Moen fixtures. The hand held shower head is easy to maneuver, for showering and washing the inside of the shower booth. The shower head docks securely into the magnetic fitting, just by bringing the shower head close to the fitting. There is a huge selection of spray patterns available by the press of a button on the shower head. I had the plumber remove the plastic pressure reducer from inside the shower head, and have lots of water pressure. I understand from other reviews that you can do this yourself with needle nose pliers. The fixtures are very attractive with the usual Moen high quality. Everything works as advertised. Highly recommended.

Great shower head and excellent customer support.
Love this shower head but when it was first installed it was leaking at the magnet. Tried everything to get it to stop leaking but nothing worked. Rather than send it back to Amazon I went on the MOEN site for support. They immediately offered me a replacement part and it was in the mail to me the next day. It was the nozzle part that hooks on to the pipe coming out of the wall. Reinstalled it and NO LEAK! Very happy that an established seller was easy to talk to and provided excellent customer support. And thanks to Amazon I got it at a good price!
