Does this come with three or four packets

Mine came with three. The water purifier, the instant live eggs, and the growth food.

I accidentally filled my tank and added the water purifier to tap water. Will my eggs still hatch?

As long as you wait 24 hours to add the second packet of instant life the chlorine from tap water should have dissipated by then and it should be fine.

My instant live eggs looked fine on the outside, but when I opened the packet it, it was wet on the inside. Is this packet still useable?

Go ahead and try to go your eggs and let us know if it does not work. They should be just fine. We have had lots of success with this product.

seller: Came without adult portion spoon, nor plasma packet as advertised. How can you send me missing items? TY!!

You should contact customer support. This feature allows other customers to answer questions about the products. I cannot give you a refund since I don’t work for Amazon or the company that Amazon provides these products through. It you go to “Orders” and select your purchase then click “Return” or “Replace” it should give you some options. Good luck.
