In a world of ho-hum products mass produced and carted to the dump in the same masses a short time later, it is nice to have something of quality, something you can be proud to display to family, friends and visitors, something you can pass on as an heirloom, something beautiful and unique, something that makes you feel not like an imperceptible face in the faceless masses, but like an individual person with particular tastes. These plates make me feel this way every time I look I at them. And I just love them!
