EliteCustom Race Bottle Cage

I’ve been using carbon cages for a number of years. They were crazy light 21g and snuggly held Camelbak bottles. However, the new Camelbak Podium bottles are smaller in diameter and the fit was sloppy. The Elite cages were recommended with those bottles and they are perfect. They grip great. These are my new favorites. BTW the weight is fine at 42g. That’s probably one half swig.

It's amazing how much a pair of bottle cages spruce up the look of a bicycle. These match my BMC perfectly, and function flawlessly. They're lighter than my old aluminum ones and feel durable. I'm no weight weenie, so I didn't weigh them formally. But while out riding these hold my bottles snug while looking pretty!

Pure and simple, the price seemed about normal, the reviews were generally positive, and the color matches the black, red, and white color scheme on my cargo bike. Yep, feels a little silly putting this svelte roadie racing cage on a ridiculously heavy Xtracycle with solid, inch-thick red platform pedals. But whatever.Plain an simple, it works. This bike is mainly relegated to pavement, though I bounce it down a trail or two and over the normal speedbumps and potholes. It holds a Specialized Purist 26 ounce ("tall boy") water bottle just fine, and also releases it just fine when I grab for a drink.The cage does feel a bit flimsy compared to the Profile Designs Kage water bottle cages I use on a few of the other bikes in my shed. But realistically, this plastic or nylon or whatever material is plenty strong, shape complaint, springy, etc., and I just don't foresee any issues using it for this type of riding.

Excellent Product. Shipping was well before expected date and I was not disappointed. The bottle cage is lightweight, solidly built and the colors are bright.It functions exactly as it should. It secures to the frame via 2 screws (not included). The rubber stopper helps secure my 24oz Polar Bottle tightly without any issues on rides. Good bang for your buck!

Seems to have been made very strongly. looks great on my Specialized Diverge bike and t does fit my 21 oz Camelback Podium 4x cooler bottle very snug but extremely tight. Works great for some rough train like MTB paths or Gravel. For now I'm giving it 5 stars. Also one cool thing about it is you have many options of mounting screw holes spacing on the frame. I'll update if there are any issues after a while.

This is SUPER tight and not ideal for non-Elite bottles. On the flipside, Elite bottles which are loose in other cages, fit perfectly here. Keep that in mind. Super nice cage - looks sharp and nice colors.

Light. Strong. Perfect match for the color scheme on my bike. Most important, they do a great job of holding onto water bottles, even on some very tough roads.

This is too tight to hold a standard water bottle. I tried it with several bottles. I was able to make a small bottle fit, but it was so tight that I was afraid it would break pretty quickly. Returned.
