Go Pet Club Cat Tree FC09

I studied the reviews on this cat tree and other models prior to the purchase and numerous complaints about their quality made me worry. I need to say that what I received exceeded my expectations.This particular construction connects tightly to the ceiling (note: it's not spring loaded), so the tree is stable. Overall the materials didn't look cheap to me, however, I may foresee the fabric or sisal rope wearing out in a couple of years (especially with actively scratching cats) but hey, nothing last forever.Our kitties started climbing and playing on the tree as soon as we put the first level of it together, and fell asleep in the hammock by the time we finished. No catnip was needed, and they're loving their new playground! Needless to say that it was a great relief for our furniture, good investment for 90 dollars.So the PRO's:- sturdy(I have no worries for my cats' safety)- compact(doesn't take much space in the room, and the hammock baskets are twistable, so you can play with that to fit your needs)- good size for both kitties and grown-up cats(right now our two fur balls fit easily in one hammock, and these are the smallest parts of the tree)- instructions were included and easy to follow(the parts and screws were labeled, although I'd strongly advise to verify that the bases of the 3 houses are facing the right way, since the stairs are screwed to them! ----> we messed up the bottom one, but it was already more than half-way assembled so we had to simply leave one stair case out ----> not that our 4-months-old kittens even needed them, lol)- no missing parts or screws- no extra tools needed (not even a screw driver)- not difficult or time-consuming assembly(it took us 50 mins to put it together, although muscles are required to secure the parts tight to each other, I'd not be able to do it as good without my husband)CON's:- to be determinedKitties and us, we're all happy with this purchase so far, but I will update the review if some flaws pop up in the process of use.

We purchased the cat tree from amazon simply because we felt it would be good for our cats to have a bit more vertical structure in the apartment. I made sure to measure the ceilings before we ordered so that the ceiling attachment would be effective.We expected Rex to take the tree and he did almost immediately. While he uses the baskets almost exclusively now, the trees design allows him to climb up the sisal rope on the side. He had always sought higher places but the tree lets him climb to reach them. He almost never uses the platforms preferring to route himself up along intricate and very odd routes. The top stem of the tree is also coated in sisal which is the preferred scratching post for all the felines.Violet is more of a ground pounder I rarely see her climb and when she does go up the tree she prefers going through the platforms and even the ladders. The base on the tree is a bit small and violet is the heaviest and most dense (mass/volume) of our three cats because shes skittish she has a strong tendency to knock big things down when she tries to escape the other cats. Without the support stem the tree gets very wobbly when she uses it.Our third cat Lucky is size wise the largest of the three. He tends to like hiding, though he talks a bit so hes not very good at it. The hutches on the tree have the sisal posts in them which I though was going to be a problem for him but he uses the hutches and typically locates his whole body in the back half behind the two posts. He is a fairly large cat and hes not done growing but he fits in them well enough that if he doesn't want his legs dangling out we wont know he is in there till he starts chirping.None of the cats really play with the dangling sisal rope, Its a bit to stiff to keep their attention. However the baskets get a significant amount of use. The only times there is not a cat in the top one is when it's bed time (they are in the bed with us), when we first come home (they always come to greet), and for the last hour before bed. The second tier basket will frequently have someone in it especially after the top tier is full. The bottom basket however does not see much use. The same can be said for the lower platform and hutch.It gets five stars because its sturdy, there has been no major sign of wear in the first few months and it can handle and accommodate all of our cats. I'm not sure what else you can expect from a cat tree.

Simply an amazing product for my needs. I bought this large cat tree for an non releasable adopted pet. Within an hour of putting it together she slowly got to know this beast and by mid afternoon became her best toy in her room. plenty of climbing relaxing in the hammock and stashing her food in her 3 condos along with some jumping here to there. Ideal for smaller to medium sized pets as when I tested it with my 14 pound cat it shook too much from the baseboard. Poles condos and hammocks are very very solidly put together. Easy assembly under 1 1/2 hr but carefully follow the instructions carefully and look at the lettering not to have to re assemble a second time like I did.

Easy to build, seems sturdy & my cats love it. The hammocks are small but my 15 pound cat still squishes in. The houses are not solid walls but material with velcro to attach the top and base but I personally like that feature well worth the $120! Good size too very tall but not too wide

Ça fait presque 10 ans que je l'ai. Pendant 8 ans, deux chats étaient souvent dessus. Maintenant il y a juste un chat. C'était beaucoup utilisé. Récemment, j'ai démonté et re-monté l'arbre pour enlever quelques pièces usées. J'avais payé moins de 200 dollars, ça vaut vraiment la peine! En plus, je viens d'acheter un autre petit arbre à chat, si on compare la qualité, le vieux gagne absolument!

I was a bit reluctant to purchase this, considering anything locally of this size is about quadruple the price. I was very surprised to see when i go this that the cat tree is of very good quality. It's height is adjustable and can be set quite tight, which i highly recommend if your cats are anywhere near as crazy as mine. All the "pouches" for the cats to sleep in are made of steel so they won't break. All carpet is very plush, yet very easy to vacuum off. Assembly was easy, and came with good instructions, all parts are labelled.All in all this cat tree is great and i strongly suggest it for any cat lovers!

This seems best suited for kittens or cats under 7-8 lbs.My cat does not fit in the baskets, he is a 13 lb cat. It's tall but doesn't seem sturdy
