Battery drains faster
Battery drains faster than they mentioned. Microsoft word subscription for only One week not for a year like they mentioned. It is missing items in the original box. Microsoft log in locked me out it is a brand new computer. I'm having a lot of issues with this laptop.

Laptop works; speakers suck compared to older model, audio quality is really low; not compatible with my ethernet adapter and won't stay connected; video/ visual quality is also not the greatest.

My computer is like a brand new one
I bought a refurbished computer from Walmart and it came to me not working properly with viruses and not factory reset. This f e l l e r here on Amazon did a great job with refurbishing the computer, it was set at factory reset and it's like having a brand new computer I'm really impressed and I will never buy anywhere again but for Amazon

Muy buen equipo BBB, el único "tema" es que el teclado es ingles americano, pero nada del otro mundo que se configure como español latinoamericano y aprendas a usar y saber donde esta la Ñ y los símbolos

Estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra, vale la pena por el precio, el único detalle que le pongo no es al equipo en si, no llego el cable HDMI que se supone que traía, fuera de eso todo bien

Llevo más o menos un mes con ella y me gusto demasiado, el touch no es tan bueno en algunos programas, pero nada que no se pueda arreglar con un pencil. En sí es demasiado ligera y ergonómica, se llevo el top 1 de mi lista de opciones. Viene con el Windows 11 y toda la paqueteria Microsoft
