An excellent value with an absolutely fantastic delivery service. The furniture is very nice, exactly as expected, but if I could buy it over again, I think I would pay up for the sunbrella material (an extra $500), because I’m sure it’s worth the money. The standard cushions are very nice and quite durable, but the are definitely not waterproof and must be covered. This furniture comes with a nice cover, so it’s not a big deal, but the build quality is so nice that I wish I would have paid up for waterproof material. its very nice and a good value for the money. The delivery person was AWESOME! Simply awesome delivery experience; thank you Ohana for find such great people to represent your company. The delivery process was perfect. Great service, great product; I don’t want to jinx myself but, I’m super happy with this purchase :)

By far the scariest and best purchase I made. I was scared to make a big purchase like this online but I saw the pictures of the reviewers and went for it. I have not been happier. They come with a cover that’s amazing because my future doesn’t get first. I bought the pillow covers and stuffing on amazon separately. This furniture locks together easily and is super light. So far we have had storms, winds and high heat and nothing has be damaged. It is under a small roof tho so I wouldn’t know direct exposure. It looks amazing and the glass on the table does not love at all, worried since I have two small kids.

Buyer beware. The color in the picture is not what it appears. We thought we ordered the taupe color. Picture looked right, but received a dark gray. Too difficult to return. Disappointed.

I cant say enough good things about this company. I looked online for months to find a clean, modern and comfortable furniture set for my backyard and found this set to be just perfect. Aside from the stellar reviews on Amazon and overall value, Ohana's customer service was top class. They answered all of my questions and concerns about the fabric durability (upgraded to Sunbrella- HIGH RECOMMENDED!) and the color of the wicker (the mixed brown is PERFECTION!). As a "tall" family with elderly relatives who require comfort and accessibility, this set checks off all the marks. The seat construction and lumbar protection is far more superior than any "upright" patio set, so comfortable that we sit on these lounge chairs for hours at a time. It LOOKS inviting and IS TRULY COMFORTABLE. My neighbors and family have also purchased sets and are very pleased. Thank you Ohana!

The units came fully assembled. The delivery was done proper on a pallet and they allowed for inspection to ensure items were not damaged. Packaging was stretchwrapped and in crsip shape. Everything came as described and we are very happy with the light weight and full cover with clips. Would purchase more products from this company.

So glad I got this! I was worried about ordering online and probably second guessed myself after doing so a million times! It is awesome! The fact that it comes put together is fabulous! I was worried it would be mini furniture. I’m 5’9” and my husband is 6’2” and it works perfect. His only issue is he would like me to order another ottoman or seat so he can fully lay down. We haven’t had an issue with it sliding but I did keep the clamps it comes with in case it becomes an issue. The cover it comes with is completely waterproof. It rained and it had giant puddles I had to dump off. So I’m really excited that I got this! Our deck is 12 ft across for reference.

Great seating and fits perfectly on our covered deck. Customer service is best in class! One seat was a little bent and after reaching out to customer service they called in less than 30 min and had issue resolved immediately. Replacement arrived perfectly in just a few days. Will definitely order from this company again.

Update: a few years later and still in great shape. Even withstanding the ocean spray. Pro tip: I put a clear coat spray on the silver parts right away.LOVE this! So excited to use. We were looking for an outdoor sectional that would be a nice place to nap also. This is perfectly long enough for my tall family. I got the gray color and am glad I did as it is going to match everything. I really like the velcro holding down the seats. It is not real wicker, but will most likely withstand the weather longer. I put an outdoor coating on the silver accents on the bottom of the corners.
