These are worth every single penny, I assure you.A short story about my experience:Before I started taking these nothing had any effect on my stomach issues. I would wake up every morning met by a surge of adrenaline and extreme anxiety so bad I would be walking around my house heaving everytime I breathed in and trying not to vomit. It would take about 15 minutes of moving around before my digestion felt like it was going again and I could relax. I initially found out about sporebased probiotics on a health podcast I listen to (matt blackburn, if you're interested) and decided to give them a go. Within 3 weeks of taking 1 capsule every evening before bed, I not only slept longer but for the first time in what felt like eternity I woke up refreshed and most importantly HUNGRY!! which was a first for me in years. I can't even express in words the relief I feel knowing I wont have to experience that again. It has changed my life for the better!Just make sure you take it consistently each day and it'll work wonders!

Traditional probiotics have only ever made things worse fo me or at best, done nothing at all. Sporebiotics are a different kettle of fish. Megasporebiotic is the most effective one I have come across but it's really expensive and practitioner only. Cura is the same formulation buy the same team, only minus the b licheniformus and with the option to save quite a bit when buying the larger 90 cap 3 month supply.

I suffer of ibs(severe bloating, flatulence, loose stool). I took 2 capsules a day for 2 months. Not much change, unfortunately. Still bloated just like day one. My bowels were regular and firm/er, but that's a given with any probiotic I tried.Very disappointing, especially for the premium price.
