Picked some of this up in a drug store in Europe while traveling fall of 2023. WOW - it works much better than Metamucil! 1 packet in the morning and 1 at dinner and my "backup logs" are non-existent. Flavor is great and you do not get any texture while drinking it. I wish I would have found this years ago.

I’ve been taking Fybogel Orange sachets for several years now, and they’ve become an important part of my daily routine.
