This is a great vacuum, I've seen some reviews saying it's not good for hard floor but this is very not true, there is a hight adjustment so maybe they did not adjust the hight for floor sweeping. I've had this for over 6 months and I definitely recommend it, perfect for hard floors and carpets. The only thing that I don't like about it is that you cannot reach places like under your sofa or bed which is a common thing for upright vaccum cleaners, so keep that in mind.

It is good and sturdy, very easy to clean with a washable filter (not cloth type but plastic). Moreover, easy to empty and manage. Picks up fine dust too. A four-star because of the finer looks expected out of a brand like Bissell

I recieved the vaccume today , it is 100 percent used vaccum ( it’s a concern for me ) the carpet settings are wrong, if I turn the dail on high pile it actually for floor and the floor is actually high pile . (Opposite) But as I know it now it is ok for me . On carpet it does stuck on no 2 and 3 setting , so I have to use the floor setting on both carpet and floor . Over all it looks good ( other than it is used) , it’s suction looks very good , it picks hairs and small threads from the carpet , and on floor also it is doing a good job. Two star I cut because they sent a used item for the price of new item . I am writing it after -almost 7 to 8 months Vaccume stop picking up 80 percent of dirt from carpet ,and when I set on very low carpet setting it just stuck and don’t move , It’s a pain , I need Amazon to compensate this , it’s not cheap it 400 aed . Please don’t waste your money on this vaccume .

Pros: An excellent product totally recommend this one. Suction power is very good and does not take too much space. Cons: Not very light

Worst vacuum ever without exaggeration, isnt easy to use , heavy to use, doesn’t clean well very very inconvenient dont recommend at all

Not very satisfied as its difficult to use specially on the carpets. Its heavy to drag and the settings dont help. Fed up and now looking for another vacuum in years time

So far I'm very pleased with this vacuum cleaner. It was easy to assemble and has excellent suction. I don't know yet whether it'll maintain this performance in the long run, but so far so good. The filtration system can be taken apart so I'm hopeful that cleaning all m parts regularly will maintain the quality.

Awesome product for the price. It's very user friendly and easy to use.

مع ان موديله قديم ما احب استخدم الا هو. جميل ومريح. أهم شي تحافظ على نظافته وخصوصا اذا كنت تكنس شعر دائما. لانه يتعقد ويتجمع على فرشات المكنسة ويصعب تنضيفه اذا خليته بعدها تواجهك مشاكل. اذا سعره اقل من ٢٣٠ خذه، اكثر من كذا من كذا اشوف ان فيه خيارات ثانيه افضل.

Amazing. I love it. A bit heavy and bulky but works well. Also the box was opened and taped. But all parts were in Alhamdolellah.
