I could have sworn I made a review but will try to leave this one. I took these pills only for 3 days and 1 a day as recommended. By the 3rd day I checked into the hospital. The first day I felt fine and noticed I felt more up by the end of the day but not necessarily more energized. The second day I felt okay but just slightly off nothing to alarm me to stop.By the third day I was feeling tired again. Didn’t cross my mind that it could have been connected to the pills since I was dealing with fatigue before. This time my fatigue did feel a little off but I didn’t make the connection. I can’t quite explain the feeling but nothing crazy alarming. But after I took the pill that morning I started feeling very off.I had headaches, felt very jittery, felt lightheaded and dizzy. When I went to lie down I still didn’t feel well and when standing up didn’t feel well. There was no relief doing either. I felt very nauseous and a tightness in my chest. My stomach was hurting and I felt restless but fatigue. I had a hard time breathing and felt like I was going to pass out. This feeling lasted for hours and new symptoms started developing more throughout the day.My husband took me and the pills to the hospital. Doctor said the dosage were to high and my body had a bag reaction to them. Luckily after all the test they did I was fine. And they also tested me for covid which came back negative. He told me to stop taking these immediately which honestly was a given.Back story (I am 29)I started taking these on the 2nd of January. During the time I purchased this product it had no bad reviews. When I left a review on the 7th (started my refund after feeling a bit better) again no bad reviews at that time. I came back today my review isn’t there but there’s now negative reviews concerning this product. I was wondering if it was just me and a sole incident. That’s why I came back to reread people’s reviews and to see if I was still the only one.After doing my own research on the ingredients I highly recommend you do your own research on them to. I found disturbing information concerning powdered caffeine and I feel there should be a warning/disclaimer somewhere concerning it. Not just the typical “it’s not for everyone disclaimer” either.I’m not sure why they took my original review down but that’s never a good sign. Maybe they care more about selling their product then actual people or is that Amazon? Not sure but hopefully you’re reading this which mean they finally posted this and let it stay up.

It works for me when I don't take it everyday. I notice the first day I use it (after not taking it the day before) it's exactly the energy and focus I'm looking for. Day 2 a little less but still I can still feel the benefits. Day 3 I feel almost tired from it. This product is best every other day, or as needed. Not daily. I took it for a week straight and everyday from day 3-7 I felt more tired. I wouldn't say I feel any side effects the next day from this product unless taken daily. Just my experience!

I've notice a slight difference in my energy level. If for no other reason, taking them for my energy is a help. Today, I was more focus on my task list so maybe it's helping in that area, I'll know more when I go back to work because that's where I lose focus the most. I would like to continue using this product to see if it gives me what I have been searching for without having to take multiply vitamins.

Not for me. These made me feel weird and gave me heart palpitations. I’m not really sensitive to caffeine, but something about this combination was not good for me. I could not have worked out while taking these if I tried, but I know others who have positive experience with these supplements. I guess you don’t know until you try!!

I was almost always tired and fatigued, and was searching for something to help me. I read numerous Verified product reviews on Amazon and decided to give this "Energy and Focus" a try. After a week, I started feeling less tired, not totally, but it has definitely made a difference. The more I use it, the better I feel.
