I love this stuff!! I used one roll to cover two bikes to protect from scuffs and scratches. Especially when we use metal bike stands to lock them up at work. I did it wrong a couple times so I took it off and reapplied easily. No damage to the paint work. My bike is glossy and the other is matt but you honestly can't tell. Oh but if the metal is slightly curved it is best to apply in sections so the tape doesn't buckle and it smooth.

We have a wheel chair comode that is pretty much the same size as our doorways and the metal wheels like to scrape the paint off the doors as it goes by...THIS product protects the doors (this is what we're using it for but it has many applications) which is what I bought it for, and as its clear you cannot tell that there is something on the doors. its like extra thick cellotape..brilliant

Bought this to protect the top edge of the rear bumper on my Kia Niro. Although it sticks well and comes off without leaving any residue, if you try to apply it on any sort of curved surface it creases and cannot be laid flat. It is therefore only suitable for completely straight applications. As most bumper areas have some sort of curvature it is impossible to apply successfully. Im hoping to find a use for the material elsewhere but not on the car.

I bought this tape to add some protection to my cars door sills (The part you step over to enter/exit the vehicle). When I first attempted to apply the tape I messed up, and I knew I would as it was my first time applying it. The tape itself doesn't feel bad quality and it sticks well, but it sticks too well. When I had to remove the tape to reapply, it was extremely difficult getting it off but it got worse when the plastic film broke away from the adhesive layer. I ended up having to use my palms to push away the sticky layer. There may be a product out there that can easily remove it but I didn't know or have any. My second attempt went better with less air bubbles, think of it like a phone screen protector if you've ever applied one (But worse).
