Does "triple display support" mean "triple simultaneous display capable"? it's not clear. or it means three options for one or two displays?

I am running three displays simultaneously using this card. You will need your displays to support the three ports on the card: 1 display to run a 15 pin video cable (VGA), 1 display to run an HDMI cable, and 1 display to run the DVI cable. My three displays run just fine. I don't do high end video games, mostly word processor, spread sheets, email, and web searching. The only game I usually run is Freecell. I am happy with the results. I am running a low end 2 year old Dell desktop with 8 GB RAM, 1 TB hard drive, a single PCI short slot and a DVD drive on Windows 10 Home.

What about power? I also have an HP Compaq 6005 sff WIN 7 PRO 4.4gb 3.0 Athlon 2 x 2 PC. I did a windows 10 upgrade when it was offered for free and everything worked great, except I just noticed now that dual monitor support no longer works for the integrated graphics. This machine has a 240W power supply. This card is 25W. I have removed the HDD and replaced it with an SSD. Is 240W enough, or do I have to upgrade that too in order to get dual monitor support back with this card?

Yes. You can use two of the three outputs at any time, including the VGA out
