Dr. Seuss's Sleep Book

Very long book with too many words. So far, my kids didn’t get any interest on it. However, I can’t tell if the story is good or not.

I have given this book to every friend who has a toddler and it is nothing more that a complete success. It’s like PsyOps against kids who refuse to sleep or at least chill out. The yawns are infectious and the book is a classic. When I read this to my kids when they were younger, the submission was impressive. The creatures and their bed prep routines are entertaining, the rhymes are perfectly timed and lulling. Zzzzzznngngnzzzznnng.

One of the Doctor’s best.

I love Dr Seuss, and this book is the perfect intro to his work for my baby. It has been a part of her good night ritual ever since we bought it and she loves it. When she wasn't so mobile, we used to read it as far as her fussiness would let us. Eventually we realised we only got as fas as the first few pages every night...That happened around the same time that she started becoming more interested in touching everything, including tearing things apart. After the first tear we started to simply recite the first few pages because by then we had learnt them by heart.Last night when I started the first few lines, she looked me in the eyes and smiled knowingly. It melted my heart.I love this book and the moments it keeps giving our family.

Boring … many difficult and weird words for kids.
