The bag is made a durable material, however there was a tear in one side. It could have been a place that was missed by the sewing machine, it was hard to tell. But the real disappointment was the bottom. The description made it seem like it cinched all the way closed so that dust, debris, or critters could be kept out but that is not the case. It doesn't even come close. There a big gaps and if you're putting this in a shed or garage it's going to have mice and bugs in it. Plus it has two cords to cinch at the bottom and when I went to pull one of the the loop it was threaded through pulled right off. So not only is the design flawed but it's also shabbily made. We sent it back and ordered the square duffle bag type which wasn't as convenient but was much better made and cheaper.

General observations on "7.5 FT’ bag" for 7.5 FT tall fake tree with preinstalled lights.- Overall happy as it works for storage- Description and pictures are confusing (see cons below) which is why 4 stars instead of 5 stars.Regarding putting on the cover (based on viewpoint could be positive or negative, or neutral). - Manufacturer videos of various ways to put on/around/over would be nice. I can think of various ways and a video guide would be helpful.> First attempt to cover tree was a solo effort without success; second pair of adult hands quickly helped.> Second person being over 6 ft tall made it easier to put on while tree was standing up.- Cover was put on after tree was moved to storage area. Plan for next time is to put on in place, then move to storage.- Description recommends disassembling the tree. It was not necessary for us, although for some there might be advantages related to storage; I’m not sure how the disassembled parts would be stored (manufacturer - see video suggestion above)- Did not risk leaving ornaments on the tree since removing cover might cause some to fall and break.- Various ways to tighten the bag around the tree which is helpful for tight storage spaces and carrying sideways. Fortunate to have storage area that did not require tightening.Pros:Durable material (not sure how one reviewer caused a rip)The 35 inch width was enough for 45 inch wide tree by gently pushing branches up when putting on the bag using the bottom-up method.Able to stand tree up when stored (used to put the tree back in original box which required a lot of work making the tree ready for decorating each Christmas).Cons:Description sizing and advertised picture is confusing and should be corrected.- The “7.5 FT” bag is about 5.5 ft tall when laid flat. The ‘laid flat’ size is in the product details. If not disassembled, the bottom of tree is exposed (see picture).- The picture has “7.5 in” tall and “35 in” wide. 7.5 inches tall???For any visuals, information should be included on bag tree size, actual tree size and actual bag size.> Even if the “7.5 in” is supposed to be “7.5 ft”, then the bag in the picture must be the “9 FT” version.> One picture shows a very wide bottom about to be zipped. That had to be a very small tree.

I picked this one over other upright bags because it has a full length zipper. Bag is well made. Expansion zipper helps for getting the tree in. Could be better if the bottom closed smaller to gold the dangling power cord and switch.

Fits my 7.5' slim tree perfectly, without folding any of the branches in. Has a zipper on the side to expand the bag for larger trees. Very durable canvas type material that should last the life of the tree. This bag saves so much time with packing up at the end of the season and set-up the following year. Very glad I found this!Would purchase again.

Really great quality canvas bag. Our tree fit in it nicely. We took all the ornaments of before storing it but left the lights on. It's going to save us so much time in the future, plus it's taking up a lot less space storing it this way.

Durable but very heavy when the tree is in the bag. No directions included. Next year we will put it on the tree while it is laying down. To heavy and time consuming to put the tree in the bag with tree upright

Extremely poor quality! I previously owned a bag like this and it worked amazing for a large tree. This one was nit easy to maneuver and ripped when we finally got it on.

My husband could carry the tree to the garage alone. It was very difficult for me to get the tree into the bag by myself. Would recommend 2 people.
