Works well
The assembly isn’t difficult so I’m not sure what the other reviews are about. This doesn’t actually attach to the trampoline and just kinda leans on it with the hooks on top so it can be easily moved. It’s sturdy enough but not the most sturdy. It’s fine.

Poor quality
Awful, ladder snapped from a 9 year old using it to get on trampoline.

Works great, just need to ram the rods in
Was initially frustrated by the product and ready to return it like the other recent reviews. It seemed like the flexible rods wouldn’t go all the way into the steps, and would fall apart when weight was applied. The secret (not in the instructions) is to bang the rods in on either side, and they will eventually fully seat. I banged them on the ground, but you could probably tap them in with a mallet. Works great for my kiddos, ages 5-13.

Really Springfree???
Bought this to give my kids easier access into our trampoline. Seems like a simple enough problem. First, let me say, We love our Spingfree trampoline, one of the best things we've ever got for our kids. So, the expectation was set that even though pricey, it would be easily worth it both in its quality and functionality. I mean it's a short step latter, how can you mess it up. Well, not sure what was going on in the engineering department when they came up with this gem, but it is just dumb. Literally might be the worst designed thing ever. Right up there with the square wheel and the football bat. Someone's bright idea was that they should build a ladder that is completely held together by gravity. Yep, no fasteners, no clamps, no way of it holding itself together or to the trampoline other than by gravity. I could go on and on but I've already wasted so much time second guessing my assembly because I thought surely nothing could be this idiotically engineered, it must be something I'm missing. Nope. Run away from this as fast as you can as it's an insult to your intelligence. A milk crate, a box, a rock, a log, an old tire, a pile of dirt, the dog, are all way better options for stepping on.

The ladder works fine
I won't say I understand springfree's material choice for this ladder, but it does work. As another poster said, you just need to force the rods into the metal end of the ladder. A mallet would be best, but I used a 3lb sledge and a towel to protect the ladder. It went together easily.

Absolutely horrible and not worth the money.
This ladder is such a disgrace compared to the actual trampoline. The middle rods don't even secure at all and the whole thing easily falls apart. The only thing that keeps it together is gravity.
