love the taste of the tea, and I can feel it does calm me down and make me ready for sleep. I have been rotating this flavor and other tea products since this year. will buy it again.

This tea is delicious. I now drink it every night and it definitely has a relaxing effect. Another bonus: I am in the middle of a gastritis flare-up, and I find this tea very soothing to my stomach.

I’m not a big tea drinker but I’m trying. There’s benefits to drinking herb teas. I’ve always been able to tolerate camomile tea with honey added but I don’t want to have to use honey. The mix of lavender makes it so much nicer! Tastes better to me and it does work to “chill out”. Obviously before bed is a good time but on stressful days it’s been lovely to fill my 20 oz tumbler with a cup of this and additional water. This is a very reputable company that I trust. Good stuff.

Do you have anxiety? Me too! I don't medicate, and sometimes that gets me waaay on over my head. This tea not only is delicious, but it works fairly quickly in easing my anxiety and allows for me to relax. So brew a cup of this, kick back, and read a book!

Very calming and smells amazing. I drink it before bed and it helps me relax. Bags are strong (stronger than expected don’t steep too long) and the flavor is fresh

This is a very lovely calming tea. I bought it with the hopes it would taste very good and have no caffeine. This definitely meets my expectations and is a fantastic tasting tea. I will see in the coming days, how effect it is for calming. But so far, so good! This is a great value for a great tea!
