This is just what I needed to make crepes come out thin and delicious. The spreader really helps distribute the mix across the pan evenly and the spatula is so helpful in turning and flipping. The set also comes with an ray to follow recipe which is now my go-to recipe for perfect crepes! So happy with the high quality and usefulness of this set.

These tools are good quality and easy to use. I had never made a crepe before in my life, but thanks to the tutorial and printed instructions that came with this product my very first crepes were yummy and not as deformed as I had honestly expected. I would recommend these for beginners.

The spreader really helps, but I've taken to using a regular plastic spatula more than the one provided. Out of the box, the wooden spatula tends to stick. A piece of sandpaper is provided and mineral oil can be used to condition it, but that's a fair bit of effort when compared to a plastic spatula that just works.

I had been using a regular spatula, and NO spreader, trying to create crepes that were pretty as well as edible. While they were pretty in the pan, they were not coming out well, and the spatula was only making things worse. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make my crepes thin, but they're also easily swept up and plated by the wonderful spatula ... It's made all the difference in the world for me to enjoy lovely crepes with my family. Thank you so much for a great product!

Quality wood, well-made, shipped in secure packaging, this is great value for money. They work very well with my electric crepe maker. To use quality made wood utensils with no slivers...no cracks or cheap bamboo is really a pleasure. As nice as my expensive wooden spoons. Would buy again.

I love the wooden spatula and crepe spreader. Always used metal spatulas in the past that destroyed the crepes and the wooden one is much gentler. The spreader makes the crepe nice and thin. Twirling it rather than dragging it is the best technique to spread the batter. Stayed with French family and these are the instruments they use to make crepes.

The product is well-made, but after much frustration arising from unsuccessful attempts to remove the crépes without destroying them, I switched back to a simple plastic pancake flipper. Once it had a thin coating of oil on it, I was removing crépes without incident. I haven't looked back.The reader of this review may see some flaw in my process.....but for me, the problems with the product are largely due to its materials. Wood isn't the bed material for removing crépes.

I was a bit apprehensive on using the crepe spreader and spatula when making crepes. But once I did use the Crepe spreader it was great! It was light and easy to use and it helped make my crepes a beautiful round crepe.The spatula was as successful at first but once I got the idea the wooden spatula turned the crepes so easily. I don't know why I had hesitated. I would buy these two products again. thank you.
