Good for cooling daily food.
The cool ice packs are good to keep your lunch cool, but I wouldn't expect it to keep the bottles or ice cream cold, even in the best thermal bag/box. But as for food, yoghurts or simple daily meals- great! They are sold in pack of two, get 2 sets, on each wall of your bag.

So far have used only once for 7 hours and the ice was still not melted. I also packed some ice lollies inside the cooler box but all melted. :-(
