Life-changing product! It gave 90% improvement in my bladder spasms and incontinence from overactive bladder. Worked from the first day, but I took 300mg in the morning and 300mg at night. I went from painful urinating 5-6 times a night to 2times nearly painless times per night, which is expected because I drink water often at night. It also keeps me dry during the day, as it seems to strengthen my ability to hold on until I get to toilet. I'm amazed! I had such a horrible, depressing problem that I was about to give up and invest in adult diapers! I have been on pumpkin seed oil extract for a month now, and it continues to work better than any drug I've taken for overactive bladder. I'm so pleased, to say the least. I have since bought a bottle of Swanson brand pumpkin seed oil in 1000mg tablets; I take one twice daily, but am considering dropping to onc tablet daily to see if that works. This product works on me. I can control my urine after one bottle. I took the product at the same time I practice muscle contraction. I also don’t hold my urine for long a period. Now I can laugh freely.
