Arrived in great condition but delivery carrier was not very kind to it, lucky everything was there. Only thing I did not like about this blaster is the fact to seal the top opening is by air pressure while you hold up the lid.

Hose was missing. Also there was no hardware of any kind and a screw was missing on one of the valves so it leaked air. Bought a hose and a couple fittings. Had hardware in the shop. Now it works good.Plexiglass in the hood was broken also.

So, this could have been a complete bomb but for Amazon. Did I mention Amazon rules?So the sand blaster arrived in OKAY condition. The box wasn't beat and everything seemed OKAY. However when I pulled everything out of the box I was missing one of the two wheels and the blast gun. I was kinda out of luck as I needed to use the blaster the next day. However, harbor freight had replacement wheels and the same deadman valve blast gun that were missing. Since I needed to use it the next day, I bit the bullet and didn't return the blaster and purchased the parts. I contact Amazon that night. The credited me for what I spent at harbor freight for the replacement parts.Now that the blaser has all the required pieces, it is actually a very nice machine. Its very simple to assemble and is well made. The valves all seem to be of good quality and the air guage seems to be dead nuts accurate.Would I buy it again? For sure since I have Amazon standing behind the product. If I'd had more time, I probably would have returned it in hopes of getting one with all the pieces.I guess the moral to the story is if you are going to take a chance on something, do it through Amazon. I could have purchased this on another site for about 20 dollars less, but I'd probably be out of luck with the parts and customer service had there been a problem.I really don't know how many stars to give it. Had all the parts been there it would have been a 4 for sure and maybe even a 5 given the value proposition. Without the parts it is a 2 or a 3 because the basic machine is good quality and parts are pretty available.Should I count Amazon's customer service towards a rating for the machine? Probably not as others may just look at the stars of the review and buy it somewhere else and gets stuck. I'm going to give it a three and just attribute 1 of the starts to Amazon.

As a maintenance pro I went with this unit because non of the others had real great reviews. Very disappointed with the package. It had holes and was beat up. The tank has missing paint as a result. Also it was missing the parts to hold the wheels on. I put it to use only to be disappointed by the dead man handle wearing and bending almost flat. The tip no longer seals with out forcing the dead man handle up. With the wheel set up I was forced to impervious it does not roll well loaded. Not sure it would be better with the stock parts. You need a good compressor and dry blast material. When it works it does a good job. But all in all very clumsy. Very disappointed.

I received this product today however on opening the package I discovered that the regulator was broken and the threading remained in the housing (see pictures as attached). This makes the product now defective since the threading was broken inside of the housing.
