I use this for frying and grilling it is very accurate to help predict the quality of a reverse seared steak or a juicy deep fried turkey. Very easy to pair to a Bluetooth android phone. Alarms are very persistent where the limits are individually set and named. I like the historical graphs the app produces. The corded probes are a little to get used to but they are durable and keep working. Overall I like using this to get the best idea where the meat temperature is on a real time demand basis. Four input options are plenty to keep an accurate idea of what external and internal factors are involved to creating a snack or an entree in real time. Enjoyable product.

This thermometer works great! Two different meat probes that can measure different items at the same time. Connects to a smart phone via the app. Incredibly useful for people wanting to keep track of their cooking time/temp while doing other tasks near the cooker/smoker. The thermometer and app are both easy to use. Highly recommend this product.

Nice package. Large display. Quality appears good. Only negative is the range. I keep getting disconnected at about 50ft. There is one door and a garage door between.I'm guessing that 650' range is clear air. I'll have to do more testing and post an update.App is fairly easy to use. Tons of features and large display on app.Temp test with other devices appear accurate.

I was smoking some sausage in my electric smoker today and realized how much I love this thermometer, so I decided to write a review. I agree with other reviewers about this product not having the "advertised" range, but it has never been an issue for me. What I do like is the probes and wires. They are very well made and clean easily. I also like the dual temperature probes. You can use it to monitor thinner cuts versus thicker cuts of meat at the same time. And I also find it useful to monitor meat temperature and the air temperature of my smoker remotely. One word of caution, and to no fault of the product, remember that the probes will be as hot as your smoker or oven temperature, so wear heat protective gloves when removing it from your meat.

Works great and as advertised. Extremely easy to set up, just scan the QR code in the package, and it automatically downloaded the app and linked to my phone. Just for fun I tested the calibration on the temperature and it worked perfectly. You can monitor the temperature on your phone very easily; the two prongs allow you to monitor more than 1 piece of meat or two sides of the meat. I easily set up alerts to notify me 10 degrees before it's done to medium rare. Using this I realized one of my two tri-tips was cooking faster than the other so I was able to adjust my cook and time them to complete at the same time. Meat was cooked perfectly. Stayed synced to my phone inside my house 50 feet away from the BBQ. Love this gadget! Definitely highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Works perfectly in my offset smoker to monitor the meat and cabinet temps. The Bluetooth is a nice feature too so I can keep an eye on things with my phone. My only gripe is that there isn’t a way to turn off the thermometer alarm once it goes off. Kind of annoying but not that big of a deal.

Used this for the first time making two prime ribs for Christmas dinner. Was nervous because it is such an expensive cut of meat and I had never cooked one before, but with this thermometer everything came out PERFECT! Many thermometers I’ve used in the past (both digital and standard) have deceived me but this one was perfectly accurate!I loved that it has two probes so I could make two pieces of meat at same time and monitor each accurately. The monitor was easy to use and the app was great at provided current temps throughout the cook process and I could even set a warning alarm for when the meat was close to my desired internal temp!(Only thing that could make it better would be if there was move length in probes as I had to set monitor on ground to reach the meat in the bottom oven but doesn’t take any stars away from my 5 star review!)If you are like me and compare everything on the market meticulously just stop shopping and get this one!!
