Works For Me
I ordered the caplets, and I received caplets. So, they were not stuck together like the gels. I would imagine that during transportation in the summer, the gels would be subject to the extreme temperatures. Also, the expiration date on mine was 1/2026, so pretty new stock. The product seems to work quite well for sleep and pain. I was able to sleep soundly and for over 8 and a half hours. Very restful sleep.
