My 2007 Honda Accord required this cable to complete my Bluetooth module as mine has navigation. Worked great for me. Didn’t affect my navigation or cd. When using the Bluetooth in cdc mode I don’t have CD player but no biggy

This definitely helped me ad aux adapter to my 2005 Honda Accord with navigation stereo. At first I assumed it didn't work because the actual CD and stereo only works if I have the cable connected to it. The only way to bypass it is if you buy the splitter. For the non navigation stereo, for some reason those will still work with an aux adapter even if you don't have the actual CD harness plugged in if that makes sense?
