Sturdy and thick material
I had ordered another before and as soon as I tried to exercise with it, it became like a tube from a belt !!!!Then I ordered wider and thicker cloth kind material and it wouldn’t stretch at all !!!Finally, this arrived and it’s perfect

Really liking these bands
I’m a runner and have been using the “Dynamic Runner” app for injury support & prevention. They recommended these bands. I used to have the Beach Body bands that only had colors so I had to use them to figure out the strength of resistance, not to mention, one broke. These bands are durable & clearly labeled. So far, so good!

Quality Bands
These bands are great and provide a lot of resistance. Versatile bands that you can use to make your current regiment more challenging. One of the best things about these bands is that the resistance level is written on each band. Such a simple thing really makes the workout better. I am impressed with the quality of the bands and the customer service. When I ordered these bands I was in the middle of a move and the company sent me another set of bands free of charge immediately once they realized the first set was at my old address. Many companies do not provide this type of customer support. Thank you!

I wish they would only sale the Black band by itself
I love these bands eventhough the name changed. I remember it having a different name but these popped up and they had the same colors and resistance so I figured they changed the name or something. Regardless I love the black band, it's the only one I use, I was looking forward to buying only the black bands but unfortunately Amazon doesn't just have the black bands. Overall though, they are very good material, they last long, they make your muscles hurt(black band). Pretty colors

Good resistance!
So far so good! I just used two of them today and they have nice resistance. I think I prefer the fabric ones just because they are wider but these ones seem really good!
