Disconnecting Issue
I have had mine for around a month now and ever since I first got it I have had an issue with it. My headset keeps on disconnecting or sometimes the audio would disconnect so I would have to re-plug it to my computer. I have tried looking up my issue online and realized that a lot of people experienced the same issue. A lot of the people were told to return the product since the USB cord could sometimes be defective or loose which would cause it to disconnect. But the problem is that since I got mine off of Amazon and it has been 32 days already (more than a month) I don't think I will be able to return it. Please help me if you can :'(

Loved it but...
I'll be honest. I absolutely love this headset. The sound and audio quality is really good, especially once it's adjusted using Synapse 3. Here's why I'm giving it two stars. I bought the Razer Kitty Kraken in June 2020, and sometime around November/December I started experiencing issues with the connection. The sound would cut off and on with a "popping" sound, and at times, the headset would connect and disconnect from my laptop constantly causing my laptop to freeze due to the frequency. This shouldn't happen with a device that costs a hefty amount.
