This product (in combination with the moisturising cream from same brand) has saved my skin. I suddenly developed acne on my forehead and upper chest over a period of two months. I used benzoyl peroxide wash and cream for a few weeks and this cleared up the acne but left me with terrible dry/sore/sensitive/ flaky skin!! If I used my old skincare products the acne began to return! I happened to spot these products and used both the cetaphil wash and cream twice a day. Within four days my skin was soft and hydrated again with no unsightly bumps or redness!! I know use this as my daily routine to keep my skin in good condition. The only downside is that the wash does not foam, this is a problem if like me you wear a lot of make up. To rectify this is wash and rinse and repeat, then follow with micellar water which removes all my make up. Fabulous product for those with super sensitive skin due to its simple ingredients and no nasty sulphates. Will continue to purchase.

I've always loved using this cetaphil cleanser. For someone who has combination skin which can sometimes be sensitive to products, this does the job. Does what it says on the dispenser! It smells oat-ey, but I quite like that. My partner has dry skin, and this also works very well on him. The price is a huge plus, it's super affordable and it lasts a good 6 weeks for the 2 of us. We've spent so much money investing in skincare and cleansers over the years. But, despite Superdrugs Hemp range, this has been the product we've always ended up coming back to. I've had skin issues on my scalp for many years now, not sure what the cause is - but, I've been using this instead of shampoo recently too and I've had zero flareups and it cleans the hair nicely. (I've tried everything else out there to no avail) Obviously this isn't what the product is intended to be used for, but jut putting it out there if anyone has the same problems with their scalp as mine! :)
