This is just the second day of taking it. I took 1 pill only per day as recommended for the first 2 days. But i feel very sick and have a strong headache and dizzy. I think i will stop taking it.

I started taking this months ago. Around May, I think. This product has NEVER made me nauseous... but I have a relatively high tolerance to caffeine. The downside is, especially with caffeine, if you miss a dose, or you cut and run you need to take a caffeine suppliment and ween yourself off, or you'll get those awful caffeine migrains from withdrawal.Without exercise, I noticed a slow improvement over weight loss. I'm thirty-seven, and my metabolism on its own is not what it was a decade ago, and surely not what it was in my teens, so for the energy, and metabolic boost, I can account for its effects in a positive light. For me, this works.I have had one negative experience on this product, though I suspect it was my fault. I took as prescribed on the bottle, but I go long periods without eating. I didn't get jittery... I got a hold of energy that made me want to go out and conquer the world. I kid you not. It hit me hard, and I couldn't work out enough, and I couldn't do enough... and ultimately, it got to the point where I wanted to do a lot and couldn't figure out anything else to do.That feeling lasted four hours.It has only happened once.I find that when I use this while working out, it works best, and it also helps that the energy boost is a good motivation to hit thebweighta, the leg press, or the elliptical. I also find I'm not exhausted after a workout.I work on a mountain at the elevation of 7800 feet. The elevation alone does a hell of a lot on ts own, and with the product I find myself able to attenpt feats without getting so easily worn out from the thin air up here.All in all I give the product five stars, and leave you with this:There's a lot of great products out there. This one works for me. It may or may not work for you. There isn't a miracle remedy for weight loss except self control, proper diet and exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. This product is a great product, and it does what it says it will do, but the hard part is up to you. It isn't just about losing weight. It's about a change of lifestyle. This product is only a tool to help you get there.It works, and the harder you work, the harder it does too.

Guys, dont buy this thing is like taking a overdose of caffeine everytime, its insane how they can sell this and almost no one complaints... Like i took one pill this morning and felt nausea and my heart is doing strange pulsating rythm like every couple of minutes for the past 12+hours.... For real, dont recommend this to anyone and also they dont offer Refund! Glad i got amazon prime and they got my back. Because this company is selling overdose on a pill calling it thermogenic... Im used to thermogenic but this was that caused the worst reaction, i dont know if it was the 20 coffees caffeine per dose or the yohimbine or other ingridient! RUN

Be careful with this product. I followed the instructions as stated on the label. On my second day of taking Hydroxycut, I had a "normal" day, hours later I vanished and had 4 seizures. Long-story-short... ended in the shock room at the hospital, had 1 respiratory arrest which required advanced CPR, glucose level 300, creatinine 7.5, leukocytes 40,000... I was sedated for 4 days with intubation + 3 days with an oxygen ventilator + 4 more days at the hospital and 14 days doing home recovery.PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT. My 3 little-boys almost lose his dad.

I took 1 pill for the 1st 2 days and 2 pills on the 3rd day and drank the recommended amount of water. I didn't like how jittery I felt from the caffeine so on the 4th day i only took 1 pill, but I noticed my urine was very dark so I decided I would stop taking them. I woke up the next day(yesterday) with a dull pain on my right side, my urine was still dark, and there was blood. i am hoping these pills didn't do any permanent damage. I should have researched the side effects before I bought them. I cannot even get a refund.
