Extremely Disappointed – Food Made My Cats Sick!
I’ve been feeding my cats Royal Canin dry food (Digestive, Persian, and Sterilised variants) for a long time and always order online from trusted sources without issues. This time, since your store had a sale, I decided to purchase the same brand from you. Big mistake.After feeding them from the newly opened food pack I got from your store, my cats ate it once — then completely refused to touch it again. Within 24 hours, they started having diarrhea and vomiting. Now, I’m left with sick cats and a vet appointment.Lesson learned the hard way. I saved a few dirhams with your discounted price, but the vet bill will be way more. Worse, you put my cats’ health at risk. I don’t know what happened with this batch of food, but something is clearly wrong.This is unacceptable. I will never buy pet food from your store again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting your products.
