The formula has recently changed and it’s not the same. Before, they were a tan color and you could smell the maple syrup scent now the pills are darker and smell like plastic - also gave me a headache. I will not be buying these anymore!!! I want to return this item but the seller does not allow. Don’t waste your time get it somewhere else.

I ordered these because of an article that said that fenugreek (the usual English name for this product) raises testosterone levels. I can't say I've noticed a big difference, but perhaps some boost. I recommend taking the capsules in the middle of a meal rather than after, because I've had some trouble with fenugreek-flavored burps.

Thinking that it will help with male personal problems i bought i didn't find any effect so far after using these pills 2 each in the morning and night..you won't get morning hard wood after taking it..better not to buy
