Not heavy like a cleaver, yet has more weight then a chefs knife. Can be used to debone chicken but chopping on bones may require effort. Blade steel seems to be good quality

Very bad quality. This is a fake item. I have other knives from this brand and they are sharp all the time. This one is a copy.
