Worth it!
Love the narration and inspiration. Witty, Intelligent and to the point with very useful take aways. We kind of know these things but it’s way better to have them organized in front of you to understand and implement in a better way. Thanks Ryan for sharing this

Unbelievably worthless
If the author is good at something , is that he is actually selling this book . The author is talking about common sense ( I am not sure if it is actually common ready the reviews about the book ) . The examples and the stories he mention is unbelievably basic or none sense , the power of Yes is defined as “ always say yes to opportunity “ , seriously?! , and many other examples that I couldn’t stop laughing while reading it . Simply it’s a waste of time and money but I admire the gentleman being able to sell such a book

Great read with practice but fresh ideas!
I am in hotel sales for a hotel group here in Delaware. I was feeling stuck and have followed ‘Million Dollar Listing’ for a long time. I especially love the fact that Ryan is calm, nice and just try’s to be himself but, very motivated. I left like I needed a purchase and some advice from someone who knows a little about real estate, after all, I sell smaller real estate but, it’s still selling. I am so glad I bought the book. I love the way he lays it out in terms that anyone can understand. It all goes back to kindness and keeping your eye on the prize. I’m not finished yet, 3/4 the way through but, it’s an easy read. As you can see, I have many pages marked so I can go back and revisit.
