Battery Runs Down
Dec 3rd. I have just returned the third of these toothbrushes as after six weeks it has the same problem as the first two I returned. See below and video.I am about to return the second one of these brushes as it has the same fault as the first one I received. The battery wears out very quickly because when you have finished brushing and it should go off, it continues to light up all the sequences of brushing choices thereby discharging the battery. So disappointed.

Worth the hefty price tag!
I was in two minds about buying this as it is very expensive for a toothbrush but i was persuaded by the reviews.. I am so pleased i did. I have used sonicare brushes for a number of years and always been happy with them - the only criticism I have had is that they don’t always last as long as they should. It remains to be seen whether this one is more durable but in terms of cleaning it really is on an another level. My teeth feel like they’ve been cleaned by the dentist! Given its still virtually impossible to get a dentist appointment the really deep clean and plaque removal this brush gives is really welcome. Even when we can get back, i suspect this will cut down on hygienist trips and therefore overall its a good investment

A bit disappointed toothbrush
I really like this toothbrush because of its deep cleaning. I had previous diamond cleaning for several years and it eventually stopped working. I was happy with the lifetime of 5 years.I then purchased this one as a replacement due to being a newer version. Only had it for about 2 weeks and first thing, brushing route can’t be recorded by APP and then failed to connect through Bluetooth. A few days later, two buttons failed to operate and only work intermittently!Requested a replacement through Amazon and had it in 2 days which I was very impressed. However, it was very disappointed after open the box. The replacement brush is faulty due to the rubber seal ring misaligned (shown in picture). I believe this seal is a critical component to prevent water sipping in. Tried to request for another replacement but refused by Amazon so had to get refund and then purchase one more. Very disappointing to be honest.

Had to have it replaced twice in six months (!) - all modes switch on at the same time
I liked the toothbrush but unfortunately I gave up on it. I had to have it replaced twice with amazon in the past 6 months - both times the same thing happened: initially I can switch between modes. Then at some point, when I try to do so, all modes light up at the same time and seem to be on AT THE SAME TIME, making this a very uncomfortable brushing experience. There seems to be some glitch in the engineering. I asked for a third replacement but it was no longer in stock, and hence amazon issued a refund. Perhaps for the better, as I got tired of sending items back and forth. shame.

Disappointing and faulty
Unfortunately I didn’t get on with this toothbrush as much as I had hoped. I purchased this because according to Amazon I purchased my previous Sonicare over 5 years ago so I wanted a replacement before my current one died out. I’ve been using this for two months and unfortunately all the extras really let this toothbrush down. The battery life is soo poor it frequently dies out after 48 hours because the lights are constantly flickering. The app’s functionality is really poor, it’s disconnected from my phone and I’m going to keep it that way just so I can attempt to preserve the battery life a bit longer. Very disappointing. I’ve used Sonicare over the last 10 years and this has to be the worst toothbrush I’ve purchased within this line unfortunately. Really disappointing to pay the extra for features which I cannot use.
